The Music and the Band

From 1967 to 1970 The Royal Aircoach created a teenage garage rock riot that has since been unduplicated. Powered by volume, fuzz, great songs and a wild stage show, this band just may have invented grunge far before the 90s. Founded by north of Boston teens, Songwriter Edward Goodoak, Bass Player Alan Gagnon, Lead Guitarist/Singer Bobby Greene, Singer Jeffrey Skinner, Rhythm Guitarist Rick Noon, Organist Mike Saulnier, Drummer Gil Van Geyte and arriving later, Organist Mark Connelly.

The Song "Death of Man" written by Mark Connelly and Bobby Greene is part of the soundtrack in the Christmas horror film "The Sacrifice Game" directed by Jenn Wexler for Shudder Films.

After The Royal Aircoach lost members to the draft and other life callings, Bobby Greene and Ed Goodoak dropped the "Royal" and recorded songs in the early 70s which would become the Prism album, also released on the Sundazed label and available on Amazon.
